All payments are to be made prior to any items being delivered or picked up at our facility. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal prior to shipping while cash and certified cheque are also an option for when you pick up if you so choose.
SHIPPING
All orders within the greater toronto area will be shipped via our truck.
Shipping outside of the area of the GTA will require a shipping fee. To determine your applicable cost please request a shipment to your home and we will respond via email to let you know of the applicable amount before producing your order. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchases.
All local deliveries made by our trucks are not signature required.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within 2 days of the delivery confirmation date.
Provided a full account of items are received and in the same condition they were shipped we will refund you a full amount excluding the shipping costs.
Orders that were paid for with a credit card will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee.
All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
